As Shadows begin to creep over the walls and spill into the streets of Sudenburg, fear takes root not only on the battlefield but in the hearts of the people.

Choices have consequences, truths are buried beneath lies, and every whisper carries the weight of betrayal.

Graves belonging to the town’s beloved dead are churned as they rise and return, twisted and hateful. The true fight has only now just begun, yet the town is already tearing itself apart and trust built now begins to rot.

Yet hope remains, wavering like a solitary candle. How will you shape the course of Sudenburg's future? What narrative threads will you weave?

Swordcraft is pleased to invite you to our annual week long Fantasy Live Action Role-play festival!

This is an 8 day immersive fantasy camping event (6 full days of game time). Medieval/Renaissance/Viking or equivalent style costumes are a must.

Do you have what it takes to survive in this world of dark powers and high adventure? Will you be a hardened warrior, powerful wizard, holy or unholy cleric, or a crafty rogue?

What you can expect - an overarching storyline, battles & sieges, roleplaying opportunities, quests to follow, vendors selling food & gear.

NEW FORMAT

We are no longer using the Final Battle format and instead will have a PvM game. All player characters are inhabitants of Sudenburg and acting together in its defence ... though player characters may still have their own agendas and rivalries…otherwise what's the fun!

To ensure that there are plenty of battles for those so inclined, we have 4 Major battles over the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), and daily Minor battles.

For each Major Battle, your warband will be allocated on Monday (for RP reasons) to either fighting for the Town of Sudenburg or fighting for the Undead assailing the Town. In short, you will be fighting for Town in half the Major battles and fighting as Undead for the other half of the Major Battles (“Play one, Monster one”).

All players who wish to take part in combat at the event, MUST have a black/dark grey undead style hood and/or rigid skull mask for when they are Monstering. More elaborate undead costuming is welcome. NOTE: you will be able to re-use this undead kit for at least the next few Suddenburg Quest events as part of the current ongoing story arc.

For the daily Minor battles, the Undead will be represented by our “Biff” team of Elite Monsters and Town will be represented by any players and warband who wish to take part.

In attending you will need to be able to manage your own physical & mental needs.

Under 18 attendees must have a parent or responsible adult attending the event with them. Under 15 attendees must be appropriately supervised by an adult at all times.

Concession Tickets - Commonwealth Health Care Card, Vic Student Cards, Interstate/international residents.
