About
Djiran Noongar language classes by Kalyakoorl aim to revitalise and teach the Noongar language to a diverse range of participants.
Taught by Dylan Collard, these classes are open to both Noongar and non-Noongar learners, promoting inclusivity and cross-cultural understanding. The classes are interactive, combining language skills with storytelling, cultural insights, and practical applications of the language.
Beginner Class: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Ideal for those new to Noongar or wanting to build foundational skills in vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic phrases.
Intermediate Class: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Prerequisite: Completion of at least three seasons of Kalyakoorl Noongar lessons.
