🌟 Step onto the red carpet and prepare for an unforgettable evening of elegance, celebration and a touch of mystery.The 2026 Education Excellence Awards – Masquerade Ball will be held on Saturday 13 June 2026 at the stunning Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This year, we invite you to embrace the magic of a masquerade as we celebrate excellence in education across our Gold Coast State Secondary Schools. Dust off your formal wear, don your mask and join colleagues from across the Coast for a night of recognition and connection.
Outstanding staff will be honoured across the following award categories:
🏆 Excellence in Educational Support Award – TAFE Queensland
🏆 Excellence in Secondary Teaching Award – Griffith University
🏆 Excellence in Secondary Education Leadership Award – Bond University
🏆 Excellence in Innovation Award – Southern Cross University

💫 6:15pm – Red Carpet arrivals
💫 6:30pm – Pre-dinner drinks
💫 7:00pm – Guests seated for a three-course meal and award presentations
💫 8:45pm – Live entertainment and dancing (The Baker Boys)
💫 11:30pm – Event concludes
