'Show and Tell' for grown-ups: Winter 2026

SHOW AND TELL IS BACK, and the premise is simple: come along to hear other grown-ups Show & Tell us about a meaningful possession in their life. Or maybe share something yourself? You'll be received warmly by an intimate audience, with zero pressure, lots of praise, celebration, curiosity, and questions! There is NO obligation to "show"- feel free to come along just as a warm audience, or bring along your little something to share with us 'just in case.'Last time around we had a fathers 30 year old cycling journal handed down to their son, a radiator temperature gauge from a vintage 'Delange,' a clown nose, and a rare and much loved mess kit bag with a unique story - to add to the list of previous shared objects.
- Doors open at 7:10pm, for a 7:30pm intro/start
- Time for approx. 6-8 presenters on the night
- 5 minutes (max.) each, for story + question time
- If you're sharing, please bring along your object - or a physical representation of it
- Tea and snacks provided
- Throw your name in the hat on arrival if you’d like to show & tell: names drawn at random
