'Ask Me Anything' Senior School Session

Dear Senior School Families,We warmly invite Senior School parents and carers to join William Stojkovski, Acting Head of Senior School, for an upcoming “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) session.
This informal small group forum provides an opportunity for parents to connect, ask questions and engage in open dialogue about the Senior School experience and priorities for our students.

Date: Friday 13 March
Time: 9am to 10am
Location: Central – Senior School
A complimentary beverage from Central will be available on arrival.
About the Session
The AMA is designed as a facilitated discussion where parents can raise questions, share perspectives and hear directly from the Acting Head of Senior School about key Senior School priorities. Discussion themes will be captured and shared with Westbourne Grammar school’s Executive following the session.
The format of the session will be as follows:
• Arrival and coffee
• Welcome and purpose
• Parent Q&A and discussion
• Summary and next steps
Registration
To support meaningful discussion, numbers are limited to approximately 20 – 30 parents. The conversation will be facilitated to maintain focus and ensure all participants have the opportunity to contribute. If demand exceeds capacity, an additional session will be scheduled.
Please register HERE by 5pm on Tuesday 10 March. Please be advised that registrations will close at this time.
When registering, you will be asked to provide:
• Your name
• Your child’s year level
• Your coffee selection (cappuccino, latte, tea, hot chocolate)
• Any question(s) you would like to submit in advance (optional)
• Your consent to share anonymised themes following the discussion
If bookings reach capacity and sufficient interest is indicated, please email wilkinson.ana@westbourne.vic.edu.au to register your interest in a subsequent session, and we will contact you directly with priority access to register.
