This is your invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space where nothing is required of you. Simply arrive, lie down, and allow your body to soften.
The Experience
A 60-minute sound meditation to release tension, settle the mind, and restore balance.
You’ll be immersed in a rich, multi-layered soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation — all woven together to support deep relaxation.
Who This Is For
A gentle, meditative experience for anyone 12+.
Perfect if you’re craving calm, stillness, and restoration.
What We Provide
Mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort.
What to Bring
Anything additional for extra comfort — eye mask, bolster, water bottle.

** Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. Any cancellation requests more than 7 days prior can be requested in writing to soundandspiritau@gmail.com Cancellations requested within 48hrs of the event are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 24hrs the event forfeit all ticket costs, but may transfer their ticket to another name.
