COST:
$40 per person (to cover venue, security, DJ & food costs)

WHEN:
Saturday 21st March (after formal) from 11pm
(Music will be turned down at 2.30am and everyone must be collected by 3am)

Please be respectful of the venue and the neighbours, particularly when arriving and leaving.

DRINKS:
If your child has permission to drink they are welcome to bring cans or plastic. Strictly NO GLASS and NO BOTTLES OF SPIRITS allowed. These can be dropped off Saturday morning at the AP venue between 10am -1pm and will be made available for collection inside the venue. Please ensure that they are individually labelled with students' first and last name. Any large bags will need to be left with staff at the door.

ARRIVALS:
Kids can be dropped here straight after the formal.

ATTENDANCE:
This invitation is extended to your Year 12 child and their official formal partner only. No plus ones or 'extra friends'. There will be security on the door and people loitering in the street will be moved on. This is a party for the Year 12 year group only.
