Enjoy a soothing experience of a simple and deeply relaxing meditation infused with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more.There s nothing you have to do, nothing expected of you, just show up, find a comfortable position and allow yourself to be comforted.
Bring a pillow, a blanket and optionally and eye pillow. We provide the rest.
Delicious chai and tasty homemade cake is served after the healing meditation, so you can reground and integrate and have a chat if you wish.
