AIA-ACT has arranged a Group Booking for a River Cruise from Batemans Bay to Nelligen and back along the Clyde River aboard the MV Escapade on 12 Apr 26. This is a wonderful family outing with an Indonesia Australia interest group from Canberra for the Day to relax and travel along one of the picturesque coastal Rivers of NSW. To drive to Batemans Bay from Canberra takes about 2 hours. Boarding on the very safe and enjoyable ship starts at 11am for a 11.30am departure and the ship returns as 2pm which is good timing for a relaxed drive back to Canberra during daylight, The cost for Adults is only $65pp and for Children it is $40. The cost includes a fish and Chips with Salad lunch and tea and coffee drinks. Other drinks can be purchased on the ship. The Cruise includes a 20 minutes stop at Nelligen to see the interesting old town. The Ship Captain provides an interesting commentary during the cruise to explain the river and the water and land animals. This will be a wonderful outing with AIA friends.Location
