Join us to celebrate the release of the Secret Songwriters Club's new single 'We Grow' and fundraise together to help this project record & release more of the magical pre-teen girls' songs into the world :-)Performances by Melody Moon and the Secret Songwriters Club, SSC Teens group, plus more acts to be announced. Stay tuned for extra fun-raising things to get excited about on this special afternoon. Food & drink can be purchased at the Door Gallery Cafe.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Founded on the Surf Coast by songwriter and music producer Melody Moon in 2024, the Secret Songwriters Club empowers girls 8-12yrs through voice. Through their own process of tuning in to their inner voice in a safe nurturing space, supported by connection with other sensitive creatives - they alchemise life’s experiences into magical songs. Their songs then become tools to help them navigate life into their teenage years and beyond, also deeply moving those who hear them into reconnection with their heart.
The girls’ debut collaboration album with Melody Moon ‘Songs for the Inner Child’ was released in September 2025 and has been getting some good radio attention already.

*This unique project gives young female voices a positive early experience in the music industry. From co-writing songs through to performance, recording, making video clips and releasing their music. They build confidence to share their voice in the world and be heard. “We’ll get through this. DONATIONS to the project are gratefully accepted. The program is currently being subsidised by Melody's generous donations of time and skills in recording & video clip making while funding is being sought for its ongoing sustainability. Funds raised through this event will go towards the mixing, mastering & releasing costs of new songs created by the Secret Songwriters Club girls in 2026 to be released on November 14th.
