Autumn Reflections
About
The beautiful acoustics of the Barry Thompson Community Hall invite attentive, contemplative listening in an eclectic program of miniatures for shō, bassoon, contrabassoon and viola. These works are woven together in a unique performance by Henry Liang, Laura Brown and Alexina Hawkins.Music by Erwin Schulhoff, Antonio de Cabezón, Johann Sebastian Bach, Henry Liang, Eugène Ysaÿe, Philippe Hersant, and an Australian premiere by Japanese composer Chatori Shimizu.
Admission is by cash donation at the door ($20 suggested). Please register if you plan to attend, as this greatly assists us in planning.
