Join us for our 2026 artist talk series. Each month, a local ceramic artist will speak about their creative practice and show images of their works in the relaxed, seated space of Moongala Women's Community House, Bentleigh East. Questions are encouraged and light refreshments will be available.Please book to confirm your attendance at these free events.
22 March: Emma J V Parker @emmajvparkerfigurative
Winner of the 2025 Klytie Pate Ceramic Award, Emma reassesses aspects of British and colonial histories through her figurative ceramic sculptures.
19 April: Angelo Ooi @ange_glazes
Passionate about wheel throwing and glaze chemistry, Angelo creates contemporary vase forms inspired by traditional Chinese vases and glazes. He is the founder of Ange Glazes.
24 May: Robert Delves @robertdelves
Robert Delves’ intimate sculptures explore the complexities of the human condition. He embraces the power of the imaginative spirit to create unique and evocative works inspired by our relationship to the world around us
21 June: Toni Roberts @hatchlingstudio
Toni's functional pottery and sculptural ceramics are inspired by the ocean and its significance for evolution, abundance and sustaining life.
