Grampians Health Nursing & Midwifery Education Unit invites current nursing undergraduates to an information session highlighting the specifics of the Graduate Transition to Practice Program run by Grampians Health. This will include information for Horsham, Edenhope and Stawell. Double degree Nursing/Midwifery will also be included.
Dates cover May through to mid June.
