As we continue to embed the changes to the Complaints Resolution policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), CIU will be holding a series of informal drop-in sessions where you can:

• Ask questions about the SOP and Complaints Resolution policy;
• Seek clarification on areas that feel unclear or challenging;
• Share feedback about what’s working, what’s not and where more guidance may be needed;
• Discuss common themes or issues; and
• Ask specific questions about complaints you are managing

In preparation for these sessions, we have introduced a Try Booking system to sign up and you can ask specific questions of CIU in preparation for the session. Once your booking and questions are received, CIU will prepare a response to your queries before your session to ensure we are providing you with considered advice and guidance.
