Food Forest Walk & Talk (Dry Season)
About
🌿 Food Forest Walk & Talk (Dry Season)📅 Sunday 24th of May
⏰ 8:30am start
📍 Garden on Glenora, Cawarral
💰 $30 per person
Join us for a relaxed walk-and-talk through the Garden on Glenora.
This is a casual, small-group session where we walk through the garden together, look at what’s working in real time, and talk through practical growing strategies for Central Queensland conditions.
Instead of a formal workshop, this is more of an open conversation — ask questions, see real examples in the garden, and learn directly from what’s been trialled and tested on site.
🌿 What to expect
• Guided walk through different areas of the garden
• Real-time discussion of systems, plants & design choices
• Practical Q&A throughout the morning
• Insights into what works (and what doesn’t) in CQ conditions
• A relaxed, informal learning environment
🌱 Who this is for
• Anyone wanting real-world, practical garden insight
• People who prefer learning by seeing and asking questions
• Gardeners looking to improve what they already have
• Those interested in low-maintenance, climate-smart systems
This is a great way to see the garden in action and get honest, practical insight without the structure of a formal workshop.
