About
Strata managers are invited to take part in a practical, hands-on workshop, led by Jenny Wang and Julie McLean, designed to strengthen their dispute resolution capabilities and build confidence in managing complex conflicts within strata communities. Through interactive role-play across telephone, email and meeting scenarios, attendees will be able to refine their effective complaint handling techniques and gain clarity on when and how to escalate matters, from education and informal discussions through to mediation and court-directed processes.In addition, this session will equip attendees with tangible tools such as flow charts, key point summaries and structured preparation methods to help them lead challenging conversations with clarity and professionalism.
