We’re inviting local residents to take part in a focus group exploring how people in the Southern Highlands choose:
• Their bank
• The businesses they buy from

What We’re Exploring
This session will unpack:
• How you decide which bank to use
• Face-to-face service versus digital convenience
• The role of technology in your daily financial life
• Whether “local first” influences your decisions
• The impact of social responsibility and community alignment
• How you assess value beyond price

Who We’re Looking For
Locals aged 16–60, including:
• Young people — students, apprentices, and those in their first part-time roles
• Established families

What’s Involved
• 60-minute in-person session - central Bowral location
• Small group discussion
• Light refreshments provided
As a thank you for your time, participants will receive a $50.00 gift voucher.
