The Older Women’s Network (Qld) Inc. is proud to present a one-day workshop for older women in Mackay made possible through the Empowering Queensland Women grant program | Queensland Government.Explore practical strategies to strengthen your housing and economic security. This one-day workshop brings together public, private, and community sectors to guide you through:
- Lifestyle village contracts and other alternative housing models
- Selling, downsizing, or relocating
- Living arrangements with adult children
- Available housing support services
The aim is to provide clear, practical information so women feel better informed about their choices, understand the longer-term implications, and know where to seek advice and support when making decisions about their housing and future living arrangements.
Morning Tea and Lunch will be provided.
