Bronzewing weaves old and new together in a spectacular, raucous combination. Donald Nicolson (synths) and Katie Yap (baroque viola and vocals) are two of Australia's foremost period musicians, and their music draws on their deep knowledge and love of both ancient and modern music, with influences from Hildegard von Bingen, JS Bach, 70s electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre and singer-songwriter Gabriel Kahane.
