Hi everyone, next workshop date is this sunday 08/03/2610:00AM to 12:00PM
The topic will be passing upper body guards (Collar sleeve, lasso guard etc) we will cover topics such as:
- maintaining elbow knee connection to avoid submissions
- clearing their lower body frames
- escaping submission threats
- passing chains
This session will be held in the gi at Kumite Jiu Jitsu (Level1, 111 Parramatta Rd, Concord)
