About
Lakelands Little Explorers is back in Week 6, Term 1!Join us each Tuesday from 9:00am – 10:45am for a fun and welcoming school-based playgroup run by our Year 12 Children, Family and Community (CFC) and Year 10 Child Development students.
Our students plan and deliver engaging activities designed to support early learning through play, including crafts, reading, imaginative play and sensory experiences. It’s a wonderful opportunity for young children to explore, socialise and learn in a safe and friendly environment, while our senior students develop their practical childcare skills as part of their course.
Important Information:
- Please sign in at the front office on arrival
- A student will be there to direct you to the playgroup room
- Morning tea is provided for both carers and children
- Parents must remain onsite and have duty of care of their children
The playgroup will run weekly from Week 6, Term 1 through to the end of Term 2.
