An online workshop for m/others of all ages and stages. Presented by Lauren Beatty (Psychologist, Tend Psychology), you will be introduced to, and guided through, a creative journalling activity. There will be opportunities (but not an expectation) to connect/discuss/share with each other.Baby & child friendly. No experience required.
All proceeds will be donated to Positive Aid supporting HIV/AIDS prevention & care, health literacy and maternal & child health in rural Kenya.
Ticket fee: $25
Bring: journal/paper, pen, colour pencils/crayons/textas
For privacy, session will not be recorded
*No refunds. Workshop is supportive/educational but not therapy. Not recommended if you have a severe mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to T&Cs.
