2026 Computational & Algorithmic Thinking (CAT) Competition
The Computational and Algorithmic Thinking (CAT) competition gives students the opportunity to develop their problem-solving skills through algorithmic thinking.
CAT is suitable for all maths students and requires no programming experience. It can be used to develop students’ interest and potential in computer programming. The competition has 3 divisions Junior (Yr 7-8), Intermediate (Yr 9-10) and Senior (Yr 11-12).
Students will need to bring their laptops to participate.
