Cross Country Carnival Prep Clinic – North Narrabeen ReservePrepare your child for their school or zone cross country carnival with this fun, focused clinic! Designed for 7–14 year olds, we cover pre-race routines, warm-ups, pacing, hill strategies, passing, finishing strong, and tips for training and recovery. The session finishes with a 2 km or 3 km race practice so kids can put their skills into action and build confidence for race day.
