We invite you to a Harmony Retreat to celebrate International Women’s Day and Harmony Week on Sunday 22nd March from 1:30pm—4:30pm at the Senior Citizens Centre, 4 Whelan Street, Apollo Bay.
The afternoon will include Russelle Beardon Yoga, sound bowls and journaling with Nora Bone. Afternoon Tea is included.
Cost is $15pp, please bring your own yoga mat, a pen and note pad for journaling.
