Relational Pedagogy - Circle work for a relational classroom
Working in circles in the classroom promotes empathy, safety, belonging, connection and inclusion. Circlework is a relational pedagogy that supports teachers to build opportunities to talk and listen and learn. Educators can use circlework in a variety of learning contexts.

The Science of Belonging - we are biologically wired to connect with each other. Regulation and co-regulation are learnt through relationship and connection.

Regulation routines - strategies to connect calm and focus
Checkin and Checkout circles - routines to build relationships
Social and Emotional Learning Circles - structured approach to explicit teach of social and emotional skills

Dialogue and problem solving circles
This workshop is suitable for all educators. It is a highly engaging and practical day. Educators will learn and practice circles and will be provided with opportunities to plan and share and reflect on practice.
