About

After completing her project, “The Land of My Early Childhood – Piano Music of Béla Bartók” (2024), pianist Julie Adam has ventured further afield to explore the various connections Bartók had with composers in his native Hungary and also abroad. The Bartók Connection will shed light on some differing styles of music composed in the early 20th century. Featuring works by Bartók, Dohnányi, Peter Warlock, Delius, Amy Beach, Godowsky, Kodály and Weiner. With guest flautist Sue Capper.
