Across an interactive Q&A style two-hour session we will cover:
The fundamentals of safe, effective run training - heart rate, distance, pace, intensity, loading and progressions, technique, and injuries.
An introduction to nutrition guidelines and recommendations for day to day training and racing - nutrient timing, macronutrients (carbs and fats), micronutrients (electrolytes and sodium).
This session is designed to be educational, evidence-informed, and filled with practical takeaways. We will include time to digress into any areas that STC members would like to unpack and understand.
