Career Conversations - information for families (Bentley)
About
Career conversations 2026 - Information sessions for familiesHaving career conversations with young people is an important way to support their understanding of the many learning, work and life opportunities available to them.
With accurate, up-to-date information, young people and their parents and carers can explore a wide range of career pathways. This helps build confidence when making decisions about course selections and supports a successful transition to post-school education, training and employment.
Join us at one of our free information sessions for parents, students and community members in your local area and learn more about:
• exploring university and training pathways
• workforce and skills shortages in Western Australia
• career pathway information for young people with disabilities
• the labour market and where the jobs are
• future work trends
• what employers and industry are looking for.
Registration opens at 5.30 pm for a 6.00 pm start.
