Over two days, you'll go deep into what healthy soil really is — and why it may be the most powerful tool you have against rising costs, unreliable rain, and an uncertain future.

* Measuring soil health: field-based analysis and assessment tools
* Biological and physical processes that drive fertile, functional soils
* Fertiliser management for soil health — including how to make your own at scale
* Diagnosing your farm's biggest challenges — Kevin will coach participants through practical, tailored approaches to improving soil health
* How to incorporate and manage livestock to turbocharge soil building
* Cover cropping strategies, designing cover crop blends, and how functional plant diversity can dramatically boost soil health
YOUR SPEAKERS
Kevin Elmy is a third-generation Canadian farmer, agronomist, cover cropping specialist and author. Over decades of hands-on farming, Kevin has developed and refined practical systems that harness the power of soil health to reduce input dependency - cutting the need for synthetic fertiliser and expensive fuel without compromising results.
Mike McCosker is a fourth-generation farmer, founder of Carbon8 and a passionate advocate for regenerative agriculture. At this workshop Mike will get hands-on - walking you through how to make your own fertiliser at scale, cut out the middleman, and slash input costs. He'll also be sharing how Verified RegenGrown is bringing real credibility and market recognition to regenerative farmers across Australia.
