The Malanda Show Society warmly invites you to attend the 2026 North Queensland Showgirl & Rural Ambassador Finals Dinner, an evening dedicated to recognising and celebrating emerging leaders within our agricultural show community.Representatives from agricultural shows across North Queensland will come together for a formal dinner event showcasing the achievements, leadership, and community involvement of this year’s Showgirl and Rural Ambassador finalists. These programs play an important role in supporting young people who demonstrate a passion for agriculture, regional communities, and the continued success of local agricultural shows.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet finalists representing their local show societies, hear from participants as they share their experiences and aspirations, and celebrate the contribution young ambassadors make in promoting agriculture and community engagement across the region.
The night will culminate in the announcement of the 2026 North Queensland Showgirl and 2026 North Queensland Rural Ambassador, who will go on to represent North Queensland at the Queensland state finals.
This event brings together show society members, volunteers, sponsors, families, and supporters from across the region for an evening of connection, recognition, and celebration of the agricultural show movement.
