About
From green bean to everything in between. This is a hands-on, 2-hour course delivered by Let’s Do Coffee. Participants will cover:- Bean identification
- Grinding
- Extraction rates
- Milk texturing
- Making a variety of common espresso drinks
- Basic cleaning of an espresso machine
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be aged 14 to 25
- Must reside within the Campaspe Shire
- Must be available for the full session
- Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation (non-accredited)
- All sessions are fully funded by Engage! and free to attend
