2025 was a big year for Robert and Manuela.Robert won Instrumentalist of the Year at the Australian Folk Music Awards and also a WAM award as String player of the Year for his work on his album Kiangardarup, an hour-long original composition inspired by the Torbay Inlet in the South West of Western Australia. Together, they worked on this album for many years, and they are known for their unique tone, arrangements, unison playing and harmonies. They bring their audience on a journey from the West Coast of Ireland to the incredible South West of Western Australia.
