Stretch & Sound Night is back on Thursday 30 April. This 75-minute experience begins with a nourishing Flex session, followed by meditation and an immersive sound journey led by Nicole. Expect gentle movement, moments of stillness, and soothing instruments designed to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and leave you feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored.Tickets are $75 for the public and $60 for StretchLab members. Limited spots available, bookings are essential.
About Nicole
Nicole creates deeply grounding sound experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner connection. Drawing on years of yogic and therapeutic practice, she weaves sound, stillness, and gentle embodiment into a space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply restorative.
