Join us for the next edition of The Syllogo Intiatitve on an intimate and delicious journey to the largest island in Greece - Crete!Collaborating with the Cretan Association of South Australia, we're thrilled to present a cooking demonstration kindly led by Cretan members, Kathy Fridakis and Aphrodite Manatakis. Discover the secrets behind their staple Cretan Dakos (the "Greek bruschetta") and their traditional Gamopilafo (a creamy Cretan wedding rice)
