Saturday May 23rd 10.30am-6pm at Marvell Hall, Byron Bay.
TIMETABLE -
10.15am - Arrival
10.30-10.45 - Meditation, Intention Setting and Grounding
10.45-12.00pm - OPEN FLOW (with Callum)- Yoga Warm-Up, Guided Improvisation and Body Control / Isolations.
12.15pm-1.45pm - ETHEREAL FUSION DANCE (with Honey) - Body awareness and Fluidity in movement
1.45pm-2.15pm - LUNCH
2.15pm-3.45pm - FLOOR FLOW (with Callum) - a combination of contemporary floor work, acro flow, primal movements and breakdancing.
4pm-5.30pm - GROOVE & FLOW (with Kelly) - storytelling, groove in a hip hop format
5.40pm-6pm - CLOSING FLOW - movement meditation, somatic dance and closing circle
