Upper Intermediate B2.4 Online - Term 2, 2026 |
Teacher: Jeanne Mirza. Wednesday evenings 6:45-8:45pm.
This course will be held online via Zoom. It requires approximately 7 years of previous French study. It is open to all students who completed our Upper Intermediate B2.3 course in Term 1, 2026. New students should contact us before enrolling.
Students will finish Unité 3 in the textbook Inspire 4 before beginning Unité 4 (Les langues sont-elles sacrées?)
Leçon 11 proposer des solutions (finding solutions for climate change)
Leçon 13 expliquer une évolution (the evolution of the French language)
Leçon 14 adapter son registre (the influence of singers on the French language)
The grammar component will include: le discours rapporté, les connecteurs, le passé simple, l’infinitif passé, direct and indirect object pronouns, ‘y’ and ‘en’
