2026 Administration Professional Development Day - 18 Jun-26
This full-day program is open to experienced and new Administrative Employees (HSUA 1A-HSUA 2), across all sites and departments, and those whose equivalent Non-Clinical and Health Support roles include substantial administrative tasks.
A broad range of topics to assist in developing business knowledge and administrative practice at SVHM will be facilitated by Subject Matter Experts across the day.
Topics include:
- Privacy and confidentiality in administration
- Writing professionally in healthcare
- Verbally communicate in a professional manner
- Respond to challenging behaviours in administration roles
