This event will include presentations by local gynaecologists on the screening, management and treatment of common, but often complex gynaecological conditions. The event includes up to date information on the latest evidence-based approaches of diagnosis and management that can be used in the primary care setting.Learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:
Apply up‑to‑date management options for mild, moderate, and severe endometriosis, and interpret when surgical options may be indicated
for advanced endometriosis.
Differentiate evidence‑based strategies and protocols for managing menopause and address associated complexities through case‑based
learning.
Assess case studies to devise appropriate approaches for the diagnosis and management of complex ovarian cysts, and formulate
referral pathways based on key case features.
