Intergenerational Medicine & the Eight Original Cells
About
Intergenerational Medicine & the Eight Original CellsA one-day in-person event in Woonona, NSW.
This will be a gentle, embodied day devoted to safety, tenderness and deep cellular remembrance.
This immersive day invites participants into a quiet reconnection with their body’s original intelligence - before story, before identity, before inherited patterns took form.
Through guided witnessing, ceremony, silence, sound and rest, we will explore how intergenerational patterns live within the body and how they may soften when met with presence and care. From this grounded field, you will be guided into sensing the Eight Original Cells — the first divisions of life — as lived geometry.
This will be a nervous-system-aware space with no pressure to share, fix or perform. You will be supported to move at your own pace, with spacious pauses, grounding practices and gentle integration throughout the day.
If you feel called towards embodied healing, lineage awareness and a quieter return to origin, then this day is for you.
