Join Teresa Galvin ( Soul Healing Circles) and Michelle Gilks (Michele Gilks Art) for a relaxing and inspiring afternoon retreat celebrating the energy of the Year of the Horse.

Take an afternoon just for you.

Create a beautiful Zentangle Horse artwork, explore the energy of the Year of the Horse, and enjoy a calming blend of meditation, creativity and sound.

Whether you consider yourself artistic or not, this retreat is designed to be welcoming, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.

What to Expect

The afternoon begins with a short guided meditation to help you settle in and connect with the intention of the day.
Teresa will share insights into the Fire Horse energies for the year ahead, offering inspiration and reflection as we explore the symbolic qualities of the Horse — strength, movement, courage and freedom.
Michelle will then guide you through a simple introduction to Zentangle-style pattern drawing, before you create your own Zentangle Horse artwork using a prepared template. This relaxing and meditative drawing style is easy to learn and perfect for beginners.
At the end of the session, your completed artwork will be framed for you to take home, giving you a meaningful reminder of the experience.

No Art Experience Needed

All horse templates and art materials are provided, and the process is designed so that anyone can enjoy it, regardless of artistic experience.
Simply come along with an open mind and enjoy the creative journey.
