Join us as Fungi the Festival officially comes to life with a vibrant opening night celebration.Step onto the red carpet for the Fungi Fashion Moment, show off your mushroom costume and arrive alongside life-sized fungi and extraordinary wearable mushroom artworks.
Dress as a mushroom or fungi-inspired creation and your entry is free.
Inside, explore a striking photography exhibition capturing the hidden beauty of mushrooms before settling in for the festival’s premiere film screening.
Enjoy woodfired mushroom pizzas and fungi-inspired drinks and snacks as the festival community gathers.
Free film screenings will also take place before and after the gala in the Map Room next door.
Selected tickets include a donation to Enterprising Aardvark, supporting trauma-informed counselling services in the Launceston community.
