Women's BreathWork Cirlce
About
There is a gentle magic that unfolds when women gather in circle. In this sacred space, the mind softens and the heart begins to lead, inviting a deeper connection to ourselves and to one another. Energy moves, emotions are held with care, and inner wisdom is welcomed without judgement. In the presence of other women, our breath and deep guidance, we are reminded that we are not alone β that what rises within us is safe to feel, witness, and honour. This is a space of softness, trust, and transformation, where we leave feeling held, seen, and more deeply aligned with our own truth.
Today we will journey through:
Rose tea ceremony πΉ
Rose has long been known as the Plant of the Heart.
Before we begin our BreathWork session, sharing a cup of rose tea becomes a gentle ritual, an invitation to slow down, arrive in the body, to soften into the space we enter together.
Rose carries a soft yet powerful energy, one of the heart, one of tenderness, of truth. Working with Rose holds us to soften the protective layers we carry, and reminds the body that it is safe to open, even just a little.
In this Womens Circle, Rose is our ally. Supporting us to drop out of the thinking mind and into the deeper intelligence of our hearts. She holds us in honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to feel what is present without needing to force of fix anything.
As you close your eyes, and allow the Rose to be with you, something begins to shift. Your nervous system settles, your heart space gently opens, and sister Rose gently whispers soft love into your soul.
BreathWork ππ¬
Conscious Connected Breathing is a continuous rhythmic breath where the inhale and exhale flow into one another without pause. As the breath begins to deepen and open, it gently guides us out of the thinking mind and back into the wisdom of the body and heart, back into the safety we all deserve to feel.
Within the loving container of the circle, each woman is invited to journey in her own way. Some may feel emotions rise, some may experience deep peace, some may soften and rest. All of it is welcome here β you are exactly where you are meant to be.
The breath begins to move what has been quietly held within the body β gently loosening the layers of tension, emotion, and old stories that have been carried around. In that movement, space begins to open. Space for truth to surface, for softness to return, and for a deeper, more honest connection with ourselves to unfold. Through the breath, we remember that nothing within us needs to be forced or fixed β only met with awareness, compassion, and the willingness to feel.
You are held. You are supported. And your breath knows the way.
Integration πβ¨πΏ
After the breath has carried us into a deeper space, integration is the tender space where we anchor our wisdom. This sacred pause allows what arose in the breath to settle gentle into the body, heart, and mind. Here you are offered time to reflect, to journal, to give words to sensation, emotions, or insights that may have surfaced. Each thought, each feeling, is honoured and held.
This is the space where the BreathWork transforms from a fleeting experience into something lasting. Where feelings are grounded, clarity is woven into understanding, and the nervous system learns it is safe to rest and integrate.
Nourishing snacks π―
To complete the circle experience, nourishing snacks will be offered β a gentle way to honour the body and support the nervous system after BreathWork and integration. πΏ
These thoughtfully prepared treats are designed to be light, wholesome, and grounding, giving your body warmth, energy, and comfort as it continues to settle and integrate the work of the session.
Eating together in circle also becomes a subtle ritual of community and connection, allowing us to linger in presence, share quiet conversation, and enjoy the simple pleasure of caring for ourselves and each other.
Itβs a small but meaningful way to soften, replenish, and bring the body fully back to the grounded, loving space of now.
I look forward to holding you in the beautiful space. π
