Hey frienDS 4 Life membersGet ready to bump, set and spike!
For our April event, we are teaming up with Volleyball WA, who will be teaching us some adaptive volleyball, how to play, the game rules and getting some friendly competition going.
The event will be held indoors but please don't forget to wear comfy workout shoes and clothes.
We will have an afternoon tea after the fun for those who want to hang around and mingle.
A parent or support person must be present during the event however, they do not need to purchase a ticket.
