It's The Conservatory Bar's first official wine tasting event for the year and we're starting BIG.The Concept:
- Tasting 7 big, bold, red wines (some of the greats, traditional pairings, plus a wildcard or two).
- Paired with smoked brisket and ribs from Cairns' legendary Slap and Pickle Low and Slow Smokehouse.
- Hosted by Ross with his renowned engaging storytelling and humour in The Drawing Room (our private wine cellar).
Tickets:
- $125 for 3 courses with paired wines
- Strictly limited numbers for The Drawing Room
