Peter Jennings AO PSM is one of Australia’s leading strategic policy experts. He is Executive Director of Peter Jennings Strategy Consultants Pty Ltd, an adjunct fellow with the Institute of Policy Studies, and a columnist for The Australian. He previously served as Executive Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (2012–2022) and held senior national security roles within the Australian Public Service, including Deputy Secretary for Strategy in the Department of Defence.
He is also co-author of No Higher Priority: A blueprint for immediate action on Australia’s defence 2025-2028.
