Recfishwest is proud to partner with Perth Game Fishing Club to deliver a fun, safe and hands-on fishing experience in Jurien Bay this school holidays!Proudly supported by Healthway and Shimano, these sessions are designed to get kids outdoors, learning new skills and discovering the joy of fishing in a safe and sustainable way. Whether you’re casting a line for the first time or already a keen young angler, our clinics are the perfect way to build confidence, pick up new techniques and enjoy time by the water.
This 2-hour session includes:
• 15 minutes – interactive talk and demonstration on fishing basics, safety and sustainability
• 90 minutes – guided fishing and advice from our instructors and club volunteers - with all gear and bait supplied
• 15 minutes – wrap-up, Q&A and prize giveaways
Where: Jurien Bay Jetty - Roberts St, Jurien Bay WA 6516
When: 18-April-2026. Session 1: 9:00 - 11:00am. Session 2: 12:00 - 2:00pm
What to bring: Please make sure your child has a hat and SunSmart clothing, adequate hydration and supervision
