STRIPPED BARE – The Awakening to Heaven on EarthThis isn’t just an event. It’s an awakening of mind, body and spirit.
Stripped Bare is a space where we remove the layers the world placed on us and return to the truth of who we really are. Together we move through the chakra system, aligning the body’s energy centres and reconnecting to the intelligence within us.
Through breath, awareness and energy work we explore how the body stores emotion and how our thoughts create our reality. The breath sets the pace of our life. The mind creates the story. The body holds the truth.
Many people live trapped in cycles of guilt, shame and grief, emotions that keep consciousness stuck in the same patterns — what many call the matrix. When we bring awareness to the body and energy system, those patterns can begin to shift.
This is where Kundalini life-force energy begins to awaken the powerful current that moves through the spine, activating the chakras and reconnecting us to passion, vitality and deep bliss.
At Stripped Bare we explore the connection between mind, body and spirit, breath, energy and consciousness.
Because the truth is simple: You are the creator of your reality.
My mission is to create a community where no one feels alone on the path of awakening.
