SCA (WA) Owner Forum: Strata AGM's
About
Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are a key part of how strata schemes operate, but for many owners, the process can feel unclear or overwhelming. This session is designed to provide a practical, easy-to-understand overview of what AGMs involve and how owners can participate with confidence.
Learn what to expect before, during and after an AGM, including how to read meeting notices, understand motions, and engage in decision-making. The session will also cover voting, proxies, common challenges, and the roles and responsibilities of those involved.
Whether you are new to strata or looking to better understand your role as an owner, this session will help you navigate AGMs with greater clarity and confidence.
Attend in person or online via Zoom.
Please note these sessions are designed to be attended in person. Open discussion with fellow owners and presenters creates a welcoming environment and allows attendees to leave with a clearer understanding of the topic, this may be lost if you choose to attend online.
This session is proudly sponsored by CHU Underwriting Agencies.
