A beautiful afternoon created just for mums and their little ones to slow down together.Little Souls & Sweet Moments is about connection - with your child and yourself. Through gentle sound, simple grounding activities and moments of stillness, you will share a calm, nurturing experience side by side.
No pressure, no expectations.....just a safe space where little bodies can relax and mums can take a breath.
We will finish with a light afternoon tea to enjoy together.
Perfect for mums wanting quality time, calm moments and shared experience with their mini.
Please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to settle in, get comfortable and ease into the space before we begin.
Please bring: Yoga mat and anything that will make you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow)
